TranslateHi,
I am looking for the Fuel Use Per Lap from my Practice setup. OK, it says there written in red -3.0. What does this mean please? I suppose this is in litres but why minus and why exactly 3.0 for all test reides? I doubt this means the fuel usage per lap in this certain race is estimated 3.0 litres. But if not, where else can I see the fuel usage per lap to calculate my fuel for the race? Any help would be appreciated.

This really means your fuel consumption per lap is approximately 3 liters. If you don't have additional fuel consumption refinement options, then as far as I know, this is rounded to the nearest tenth. So, your actual fuel consumption is somewhere between 2.9 liters and 3 liters. If you improve your fuel economy and repeat testing, you'll likely see a reduction in this number.
After the race, you can review your detailed run data and calculate your consumption more accurately

Or take a technical director with fuelling as special ability, gives more decimals on practice lap fuel use

The 3 is rounded so could be 2.95-3.049L and I believe this is with push level (PL) in the middle. So if you’re going to be running medium/hard tires in the cold currently then your PL will be high (to the right) so will use more fuel, so will need to put a couple extra litres in
