I think Driver atrophy should be enabled for old drivers. Over 30 35 don't know but i think for 40 years of age drivers we should put some effort to keep them running;)

Or just re-enable retirement, the transfers are far too saturated with older drivers who are over 30

Indeed. I just haven't had time to build this again because there are so many other features to work on.

Retirement will be making a return because I have it high on my priority list. I can't say how soon though, weeks away probably.
