It's been 5 days that i'm trying to cancel my vip subscription. I sent 2 emails, and 1 ticket and it's still in "new" status
I purchased the free trial and i wanted to cancel it 1 hour after.
It would be 100% better if we could cancel directly without contacting the support.
I used Stripe
