phase0=Rd.1 / phase1=Rd.2-4 / phase2=Rd.5-7 / phase3=Rd.8-10 / phase4=Rd.11-13 / phase5=Rd.14,15
②ハンデについて
主に前フェーズの成績により、最低ピット回数と全種類のドライタイヤを使用するというハンデを付与する。
※但し、レース中に0.1mm以上の降雨があった場合、全種ドライタイヤ使用のハンデは免除とする。
(1)4stopハンデ
対象：
・前フェーズで1位から50%以上のポイントを獲得したチーム
ハンデの内容：
・ピットストップは最低4回
・全種類のドライタイヤ使用
(2)3stopハンデ
対象：
・前フェーズで1位から50%未満～25%以上のポイントを獲得したチーム
ハンデの内容：
・ピットストップは最低3回
・全種類のドライタイヤ使用
(3)フリー
対象：
・前フェーズで1位から25%未満のポイントを獲得したチーム
内容：
・ピット回数と使用するタイヤは自由
(4)スタートハンデ
対象：
・前戦で3位以内にゴールした場合かランキング3位以内
・どちらかのタイトルを連覇したチーム ⇒Rd.14,15にハンデ適用
ハンデの内容：
・3周終了以内に1回目のピットストップを行う
・タイヤは、H,I,Wのみ使用可能
③ハンデ回避権について
回避権を使用する際には、日本時間の21:50までに掲示板にて宣言する。
(1)ACE
付与対象：
・前シーズン終了時に1位から75%未満～50%以上のポイントを獲得したチーム
概要：
・そのシーズンの1レースに限り、スタートハンデを解除
(2)JOKER
付与対象：
・前シーズン終了時に1位から50%未満のポイントを獲得したチーム
概要：
・そのシーズンの1レースに限り、スタートハンデと最低ピット回数のハンデを解除
④マイスタークラスについて
自主的に困難なチャレンジに挑む為の熟練者向けのクラス。（参加は任意）
・どのチームでも参加可能
・2名のドライバーの才能値の平均を90.0%以下にする
・掲示板に参加するという内容のメッセージを投稿する
・マイスタークラスからの離脱はいつでも可能だが、同じシーズン中の復帰は不可能
⑤レギュレーション違反時の罰則
ルールに沿わない戦術で入賞またはFLを記録したチームには、ペナルティとして2台ともスタートハンデを付与する。
・ Rd.15で違反があった場合は、翌シーズンの第2戦にペナルティを課す
⑥シーズン中のドライバー交代
・交代が1名であっても、交代したラウンドで2台ともスタートハンデを適用(この場合、JOKERとACEの使用は禁止)
・当ルールの適用対象は、前シーズン終了時に1位から50%以上のポイントを獲得していたチームとする
⑦退会措置
下記に該当するプレイヤーに関しては、運営側の判断で退会措置を取る場合がある。
・ 長期間ログインしていない場合
・ レギュレーションを遵守する姿勢が見られず、改善が見込めないと判断した場合
・ リーグ及び他プレイヤーへの敬意を欠いた言動など、リーグ運営に支障をきたす行動を取った場合
・ 同一人物が複数のアカウントで参戦していることが発覚した場合（なるべく多くのプレイヤーに参加して頂きたいため）
⑧その他
・ レギュレーションが複雑な為、リーグ加入してから日が浅いうちは意図せず違反してしまう事もあると思いますが、最初は寛大に判定するようにしています。

① About Phases

② Handicap
A minimum number of pit stops and the use of All types of dry tires will be assigned based primarily on the team's performance in the previous phase.
*However, if rainfall of 0.1mm or more occurs during the race, the handicap of using all types of dry tires will be waived.
(1) 4-Stop Handicap
Eligible:
- Teams that earned 50% or more of the leading points earned in the previous season
Handicap Details:
- Minimum 4 pit stops
- Use of dry run tires (all types)
(2) 3-Stop Handicap
Eligible:
- Teams that earned 25% to 50% of the leading points earned in the previous season
Handicap Details:
- Minimum 3 pit stops
- Use of dry run tires (all types)
(3) Free
Eligible:
- Teams that earned less than 25% of the leading points earned in the previous season
Details:
- There are no restrictions on the number of pit stops or tire use.
(4) Start Handicap
Eligible:
- Teams that finished in the top three in the previous race or were in the top three in the standings
- Teams with consecutive wins ⇒ Handicap applied to Rounds 14 and 15
Handicap Details:
- The first pit stop must occur within three laps.
- Only heavy, light, and wide tires are allowed.
③ Handicap Exemption
To exercise the handicap exemption, please declare your intention on the bulletin board by 9:50 PM (Japan time).
(1) ACE
Eligible:
- Teams whose points total at the end of the previous season was between 75% and 50% of the top spot.
Summary:
- The start handicap will be waived for one race of the current season only.
(2) JOKER
Eligible:
- Teams whose points total at the end of the previous season was between 50% and 75% of the top spot.
Summary:
- The start handicap and minimum pit stop handicap will be waived for one race of the current season only.
④ About the Meister Class
This class is for experienced drivers who voluntarily take on difficult challenges. (Participation is optional.)
- Any team can participate.
- The average talent score of both drivers must be 90.0% or less.
- Please post your intention to participate on the forum.
- Teams may withdraw from the Meister Class at any time, but may not rejoin within the same season.
⑤ Penalties for Rule Violations
Teams that achieve a points finish or free practice finish using tactics that violate the rules will be penalized with a starting handicap for both cars.
- Violations in the 15th round will result in a penalty being imposed in the second race of the following season.
⑥ Driver Substitutions During the Season
- Even if only one driver is substituted, both cars will be given a starting handicap in the round in which the substitution occurs (in this case, the use of Joker and Ace is prohibited).
- This rule applies to teams that were at least 50% of the points behind first place at the end of the previous season.
⑦ Expulsion
Players who fall into the following categories may be expelled at the discretion of the management:
- If the player has not logged in for an extended period of time.
- If the player is not complying with the regulations and is deemed unable to improve.
- If the player engages in behavior that disrupts league operations, such as disrespectful behavior toward the league and other players.
- If the same person is discovered to be competing with multiple accounts (to encourage as many players as possible to participate).
⑧ Other
- Due to the complexity of the regulations, players may unintentionally violate them early in the league. However, we will be lenient in our initial judgments.
