Just tie the race time to the hosts local timezone and keep it there

Tried to race tonight

What happened instead?
Because I set the race tome back where it should be, theres only 23 hours between races and we all get told we can setup but not set a strategy. Which of course since the update means we will all run out of fuel with 5 laps to go.
