Is it a new thing that pretty much anytime I scout someone from the YDA they are from the same country I put down or is that just mere coincidence

The reason it isn't that way for you is it defaults to the UK when there are no names for your nationality, in your case Pakistan which has no names in the database. I'd be happy to add them if you can make a list, though!

Creating a new team it defaults to UK too? My drivers and staff are all from UK (in italian team) and it seems almost all new team are created this way. Did I make something wrong when I created my team?

well that's unfortunate I like the idea of having a cheaper driver that wasn't necessarily American. Maybe at some point in the future that could be changed once the major bugs are taken care off
