I can't change chasis provider

For the past 4 days, I have been trying to switch chassis suppliers to another one that made me a slot, but every time I select their chassis, it tells me that I already have a chassis supplier, and when I go to my current supplier to cancel the supply so I can switch, I do it, but it does not cancel the supply, I continue to be their supplier.
