We are investigating an ongoing problem with the service due to a recent unannounced / silent migration in our infrastructure.

It is highly likely that the 17:00 GMT races will not run, apologies in advance.

We are working to see if we can get the races running soon.

EDIT: Races started about 5-10 minutes later than scheduled.

Tengo compañeros en mi liga que no pueden entrar de ninguna de las maneras al juego. Y me dicen que lo siguen intentando y no pueden.( me dicen que no pueden abrir la aplicación, a través de la web les sale error han borrado cookies y han hecho todo lo posible pero siguen sin poder entrar )

On my phone app and on browser I can't open igpmanager. Says this site can't provide secure connection and igpmanager.com uses an unsupported protocol.

The service outage has been resolved. If any leagues need to rerun due to missing the race start, I understand. Feel free to post requests here and I will respond to them.

Subject: Regarding Technical Issues / 21:30 Race Entry Problem
To the Admin / League Manager,
I am writing to officially request a restart/replay for today's 21:30 race. Due to a system-related error, I was unable to log into the game, which prevented me from completing my race setup and managing my strategy.
Rather than receiving compensation points, I believe the most fair solution for the integrity of the league is to restart the race. The technical failure created an unfair competitive environment, and a replay is necessary to restore balance.
I look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter.
