I've encountered some very strange behaviour of the reputation change per race in our league that I can't make any sense of.

It only regards the pro tier. Up until Race twelve of the current season (2) there was never any real change. I stayed at 5400 all the time (though I almost ever scored a 1 / 2) and the others changed by +/- 2 at max aswell. From race 13 on it changed to the usual higher values up to ~30.
I didn't suspect anything in the beginning of the season as I didn't look at the manager chart and thought I wouldn't gain any points due to so few people in my tier and my opponents all had more than 200 points less than me. But as it seems that's wrong and there must have been some errors in the calculations. So probably all in my league (pro tier) did get wrong reputation for the first twelve races.
Edit:
Over the season nothing changed in our lineup. No one left or entered the tier, we stayed the same 6 teams from race one till now.
