Unstable Game Mechanics Update

Is there any way to eliminate these sudden and chaotic changes to the game mechanics? Perhaps it would be better to introduce a separate test server for experimentation, so that stable and well-functioning mechanics aren’t disrupted unnecessarily?

For example, what’s the point of experimenting with tires? Why do we start the season with one set of conditions, change them midway through the season, and then go back to the way things were?
