Hello, I’m getting in touch because when it comes to training the drivers, I always end up training skills that are already at 100%, and I never get round to training the others that haven’t reached 100% yet, So I realise I’ll never get the driver up to 100%, because between not training him and the fact that his skills are reduced at the end of the season, I can see it’s impossible to get him to his full potential. Please look into this issue; I believe it’s quite serious for the team’s development.
