Okay Jack

I don't know what happened to my VIP status. My payment is made on the 13th of each month, and they remove my VIP status before the 13th. Last month I had a problem with a league that was participating in the same period, from March 4th to March 14th.

I suspect it might be a logistics problem. Can you give me some answers?

Your subscription is set to a cycle on the 6th of each month. I've manually reactivated it for you. Let me know what happens next month.
