This bug needs to be fixed because to try and recover points in attributes that are at 99%, you have to spend tokens to regenerate the pilot's health, and this doesn't guarantee that you'll gain a poi

If it's not a bug, it's a design flaw or a problem with the training system, since it's unfair to waste an entire training session to gain only 0.05 points in an attribute. Until an attribute reaches 99.00%, it shouldn't gain any training points, because in my case, and in the case of many other managers, we've spent tokens to regenerate pilot health only to train them again and gain another point in an attribute that was already at 100%. For all these reasons, I believe this needs to be fixed.
