Hi,
I know this won't do any good, but I'm posting it because it's Sunday and I'm fed up with the market.

I understand that games pay to be at the top, I understand that you pay tokens to get things. But dude, an hour to sign something? Seriously? And then you see 40 tokens being bet by whoever has money to burn or whose daddy is paying for the tokens, but it's not normal that training a pilot takes forever, and even longer as you get older. Having to wait an hour, and on top of that, seeing what I'm saying...

Find a middle ground, or at least some training, guys.

Jack, if you get this, please rate people.

Bye, thanks.

It was four minute refreshes for a long time and this worked perfectly - it was an aspect of the game no one complained about. It is clear at the moment that Jack is very busy, but given the number of complaints about the market and that Jack has said it is on his list of things to deal with, I am hopeful we will get it reverted to four minute refreshes, as the managers want.

Furthermore, I'll add that today there were 5 minutes left in the auction for a team manager and a doctor, and what happened? Didn't someone else get them? Is there a bug in the market? I mean, how does it work? Because before, you'd fight to sign someone if someone was bidding all the time, but now I'm not first in the auction and nobody bid on me. Conclusion? There are no drivers to sign, one hour to sign someone, and the training sessions are a joke. The problems keep piling up.

Honestly i like current market more then previous, and you paying too much attention to this, like you lost driver or some staff because someone bind them in last minute, and? Go for another then, why you acting like this end of the world? There no another driver's/staff or what? Dude... Just i don't know what to say... Calm down? Maybe

Good morning, this is a complaint like many others in this game. Your opinion is just as valid as mine. Do you like the market? Perfect, to each their own. Personally, I don't, and things have happened that have changed the way the market works? Okay, but your methods aren't appropriate. You're the one who needs to calm down.

The first thing to say about the auction timer is that it was extended because the game has changed. We now have a global level system where a top driver can stay valuable at any level, so the transfer market behaves very differently from the old version of iGP where managers were constantly levelling up and replacing staff and drivers.

I understand why people liked four-minute refreshes, it was easy to grab a bargin, and would be even easier now, but a system where 100% perfect staff or drivers can be picked up easily takes the challenge out of an MMO economy entirely. It becomes unbalanced.

That said, I do think there is a compromise to be found. We can look at reducing auction times from where they are now, improving the bidding system, and possibly introducing alternatives such as eBay style auto-bidding and bid caps or other signing methods.

So yes, I hear the feedback. I am open to improving the market, but I do not think the four minutes timer is the right solution. There are also a couple of higher priorities right now in the simulator that need to be addressed, as they have a bigger impact on the overall UX currently.
