livery bug

So a friend of mine was asking me what was going on with this and I dont really know. Their livery is showing up in Firefox and in the race viewer but when in Chrome it is showing up like their old livery. I have not tested to see if it could be something with accounts from the old iGP or not.

Just a guess into the blue, but has he already tried to empty the browser cache of Chrome? The game shouldn't send different versions of those images on different browsers so it sounds likely there's an old version of the page/image still stored locally.
