I bought the VIP package in early March, and it’s now mid-April and I still haven’t received any league boosts.
I wanted to take this opportunity to ask another question about the VIP package. Now that they’ve released an update related to this, have they added any new benefits to the VIP package? And do the pilots still age and atrophing three times a day?

There is an update coming, likely within a week, to the VIP subscription, which will make reserved drivers not atrophy and more.

I've sent you two league boosts and applied an attempted fix for the underlying issue.
