refuelling races

Hello, whenever I run races with refuelling, I find that the amount of fuel added based on the number of laps is excessive.

I suggest that the manager should be able to choose how much fuel to add.



If that isn’t possible, then please reduce the multiplier for fuel based on the number of laps.
