Problem with the Inactive Strategy

Those who don't plan a strategy should start with a less competitive compound, but it would be even better with 200 liters of fuel...
to be sure not to damage the others and AFFECT the race...

It's something that's been going on for several seasons... let's fix it.

Those who don't plan a strategy start with the "M-M-M-S" strategy and with a few liters of fuel, running out of gas in the final stint on the SOFT tires.
Unfortunately, from the start of the race, being lighter, they go very fast (placing themselves among the top positions), ending up overtaking their opponents on every lap and pulling them with the DRS... AFFECTING THE RACE.

It's possible to set the minimum fuel capacity to 0.5L instead of 1L?. When we want to set a 1L and W,  because we can't race that day and we don't want to hold up the track for other drivers, if we're racing with refueling, we run into the problem that with that 1L, the car doesn't run out of fuel halfway through the lap. It has time to pit and refuel, and so on. This didn't happen before. I don't know if the solution is to allow a minimum fuel capacity of 0.5L or to make it so that when the car runs out of fuel, it doesn't take more than 2 seconds (for example) for it to retire.

When playing without refueling, this doesn't happen, since you don't refuel in the pits, so the game doesn't automatically trigger a pit stop as it does with refueling.

In championships without refueling and 100% if a manager doesn't or forgets to set a strategy... by default he starts with a 3-pit strategy (M-M-M-SOFT), a push level of MEDIUM (PL3), and fuel consumption of 120/140 liters. 
All this allows him to be fast and competitive until the last stint, only to then run out of fuel. 
However, to this extent, it AFFECTS the race and the number of DRSs taken by some managers. He's so light that he overtakes the driver in front of him on every lap just before the DRS, creating a yo-yo effect. I repeat, it AFFECTS the race. 

Can you set the DEFAULT strategy for those who don't use a strategy with more fuel so as not to AFFECT the race? I hope I was clear.

Agreed, something needs to be done. Some races can leave those around you light and competitive, others overfuelled and slow. Needs to throw maximum amount of fuel into cars not setup to make them slow from the start.
