I'm agree with you that actually there are too much leagues respect players, but I don't like the actual statistic system for checking active/inactive; i think it should be improved: it is not reasonable that a a league with 2 players is more actvie than a league with 7 actives and 9 inactives...
Howvever I suggest you to reduce the update of the "active/Inactive" leagues from daily to a longer period (weekly, monthly or seasonnly) or let a time to end the season between warning and the closure of the league.
