unscheduled pit stop refuel

My team has always refueled  to the next stint (for example pitting after the first lap for rain tires). Why doesn't refil only to that of the sheduled first stint as implied by the advanced strategy setting for refilling to next stint within x laps?

I allways leave it at 0 laps, because it's useless in that way!

I did recently tidy up the code that handles this.  Have you noticed this problem is still occurring?
