Yo pongo mi correo electrónico y no lo acepta me pide otro correo 💌. Qué puedo hacer si no hay más pasos a seguir. Gracias

What file format is the picture? Best to try a different one, like PNG (if it isn't already, then perhaps old jp(e)g). Also occasionally some mobile device just blocked uploading in the past, maybe putting it into a lower access secured folder (like Download on Android, everything seems to be given access to that one) helps.
Don't know about the email thing, except trying a different one (also provider, some might be bocked) as well.
