I was thinking adding the amount of exp a driver gets per race to the experience description, the same way stamina shows recovery per hour. This would be very much helpful

I think this suggestion will probably be rejected. Unlike stamina recovery, driver XP isn't a fixed value, so showing a single number would likely cause confusion whenever the gain changes.
