Hello Jack and the iGP Manager team,
I would like to report an issue and ask for some clarification regarding the driver auction system in iGP Manager.
I was participating in a driver auction because I wanted to transfer this driver from one of my accounts to another, as I currently play in two different leagues. According to the countdown timer, there were still around 11 seconds remaining before the auction ended. However, the auction closed when the timer was showing approximately 10 seconds left, and as a result, I lost the driver I was trying to acquire.
The system refunded the money and tokens I had used, but the main issue is that I lost the most important part of the auction: the driver himself. I would like to know if there is any possibility of recovering that driver, even if the tokens and money from the original auction need to be deducted again.
I would also like to ask how the auction closing system actually works. Do auctions end exactly when the timer reaches 0 seconds, or is there an automatic closing margin (for example, closing when there are 10 seconds remaining)? Since auctions can last for a long time, it is important to understand how the countdown works and when exactly a bid can no longer be placed.
I would really appreciate it if you could review my case and let me know if the driver can be recovered, as this was not a normal failed bid, but rather a situation where the auction appeared to close before the timer reached zero.
Thank you very much for your time and support.
Best regards.
