One of my teams has recently been promoted to Elite and is only at level 10. My team (and one other) is the lowest rated, next up is 12 and apart from one (wet) top 10 finish this season I am finishing around 12th-16th place. I think this is quite good considering my level but I keep missing out on sponsorship because I am not in the top 10.

Surely level should be taken into account when setting the expectations. What chance do I have of getting near the top teams when I am not even gaining cash. Surely my expectations should be to finish the race not get top 10?

My feeling is that the expectations need to be tweaked.

I'm going to rework the whole sponsor system, hopefully before the year is out. Until then, it is what it is. But I've taken onboard a lot of feedback like this to improve it.
