How to set up free of race days?

Before the changes I remember I had, as manager of the league, the possibility to set up a free of race day (i.e. I don't want race on Christmas day) . Now I don't see anymore how to do that. Can anyone help me?

You want to postpone your race on Christmas day? Not current possible, but will be very soon.
