why is it on one my teams a driver has a salary of only 348.000 and when i sold him to my other team his salary jumped upto 1.2mil

is that just not way to high of a jump especially when money is very tight.

this new version is just against us in everything we try and do.

I have seen this before person that bought my driver paid less wages than what he asked me for. Also found it cheaper to let staffs contracts run out after 20 races, that way their wages don't increase.

iv'e seen certain drivers with a wage of around 270k and they have better stats and talent than mine, and some of those have been around a lot longer. but when i hire my own they cost double the salary or sometimes even triple. i don't understand that.

They start that low as a result of the Young Driver Academy, once they leave the team where they were at the YDA their wages increase significantly, I personally don't see the problem in that as it forces teams to have to rotate drivers otherwise a team may have the same lineup for more than ten seasons

Thats just it, my driver Ethan Roberts came from the YDA and still costed twice as much.

Why wouldn't you want to have the same lineup?

does moral and the upgraded offices have an effect on wages?
