Hello,

1.Is it possible to play this game without tokens? What will happen if I run out of parts to repair car?

2. Is car performance effected by car and engine condition would car be faster on new engine comparing to 50% wear for instance?

3. I noticed one of my driver had 3.5 stars but after one race it dropped back to 3 stars is there any reason or it's a bug?

4. There is no guide for the game so any advice what should I develop first in the Headquarter?

5. When testing car sometimes cars are faster but driver say hight or wing level is wrong. Should I stick with fastest lap or make car more suitable for driver?

1. Yes most certainly, If you mean spending money on tokens, I haven't spent any money on this game since it launched in August, however I would recommend choosing sponsors with a high token pay as 2 tokens can buy $2.7 million if money is tight, otherwise they can be spent on more engines, parts or hiring new staff.

2. Engine condition greatly effects lap times, to be honest if you have spare tokens come the end of a season I would recommend purchasing more engines.

3. The Stars are based on your manager level so if after one race you move up a level your staff / driver star rating will reduce in line with this, therefore going back to your previous question tokens will be quite critical early on as to remain competitive you will have to change your staff very frequently so that they have quite high star ratings.

4. In Headquarters the order I would go is Design, Technologies, Simulator, Offices, Academy. Manufacturing is quite important until you receive enough parts per race to completely repair cars, after this point upgrading the manufacturing facility is pointless.

5. I always go with the setups which the drivers tell me are perfect as various factors influence the lap times and in some ways makes them quite unrepresentative.

I hope this helps.

On point 2, I'd like to expand that when engine suppliers re-stock engines, they top up, not overstock, 10 engines per driver once every 20 races.

e.g. If you are in a 2-car league, your engine supplier tops you up to 20 engines once per 20 races. If you have 2 engines in stock, you will be topped up to 20 engines. If you you have 22 engines in stock, you do not receive any engines.

Thus, it is important to plan to use all your engines within 19 races to maximize efficiency. At the start of each season, you are automatically switched to a new engine without your engine stock being deducted of any engine(s). That means for Australia, you always have a free, brand new engine (because new season design and all! although the engines are never developed or progressed in iGP, it is just to be representative of at least having been so).

Thank you,

Going back to nr 3. So if I buy a driver with 5 stars but my staff only have 3 stars across his star rating will drop and is it the same the other way round? If staff rating is high driver rating will increase without training?

When I say manager level I mean the one on the manager screen which increases with experience, to keep everyone equal the star rating of all staff including drivers represents this and as you gain experience the star rating decreases. The staff and drivers star ratings are independent of each other so having lower rated staff won't change your drivers rating.
