I know you can't do all the suggestions for this game but at least some of it,Jack?
1:Add Ultra Soft Tires
2:Remove the refueling and changed it to no fueling from start to finish
3:Add only for the race tires like Formula 1
(ex:Spain:Soft,Medium,Hard;Monaco:Ultra Soft(If added),Super Soft,Soft etc.)
4:Remove the old layout of British and replace it with the new layout of British GP
5:Add Mexico,Canada,and remove Turkey Igp
6:Replace Valencia track with Baku track for European grand prix
7:Replace Nürburgring "GP-Strecke"circuit with Hockenheimring track
8:Add in new componnents (ex:Suspension,Rear wing, exhaust,Hybrid Engine)and also remove KERS
9:Add chance of drivers getting the slipstream from other drivers
10:Add Safety Car,Virtual Safety Car,Red Flag,Blue Flag,Black and orange flag,and black flag
11:Add half-points system if the weather is too hard to drive (example:Malaysian Grand Prix 2009)
12:Add a feature to ceased this year design points to next year's design points.
13:Add a new building name Test track for each teams to test the car before each season
14:Add a penalty system of drive through penalty and stop-go penalty
15:(If you like)Add replays for all races rather than just the result and lap times
16:Add pitstop problem for teams
17:Add pit crew
18:Also change the lap time at Monaco,I mean seriously 1:30s lap times?Even a Manor's lap times in the wet is faster than the logic of this game!
Thanks for looking through.Hope you add them!

What about Brazil & Singapore new track layouts, they seem to have slipped under the radar

Oh yeah they put back the chicane at turn 10 or 12 at Singapore.Forgot about that

Here's what I think of these suggestions:

1. Sounds interesting but every time I see the suggestion I further understand why it will be difficult to implement.
2. Pretty neat idea, I could see a system like MM's probably making things interesting.
3. I think Jack has commented on this topic before, saying it wouldn't happen.
4, 5, 6, 7. I think Jack already desires to do this, having expressed adding new tracks and updating current ones when it becomes possible to do so.
8. This suggestion is difficult to understand. Clarify what you mean by it
9. Sounds good, wonder how it'd be implemented. Although in terms of F1's aerodynamics, the air coming off a car in front is very dirty no? Correct me if I'm wrong.
10. I think the developers would love to do this, partially or fully.
11. That's a terrible suggestion
12. Clarify what you mean by this
13. Testing the car is pointless, how is it going to be beneficial to managers?
14. What would we be penalizing?
15. Not my place to comment on this as it wouldn't affect me
16. There already is a chance of pit stops being affected by mistakes, but is very dummy-like, and not complex (only costs a few seconds of pit time and nothing else is screwed up). What kind of pit problems should happen?
17. I think Jack wants to do this too, this could be cool
18. Doesn't affect me really

16.I think theres a problem in F1 that you put the tyres but you didn't like attach it to the car so the wheel feel off of the car.Check Mark Webber's pitstop problem at German Grand Prix 2013.Also if you don't remove refueling, then there should be a problem where the the fuel leaks out of the car then burns the whole car.I think thats common in the 2000s.Kimi Raikkonen 2009 Brazilian Grand prix if I remember correctly.
8.I want the cars have components to have the balance to other teams and they will have some issues like Gearbox issue or Engine blown out and more retirements that involve the car itself so the team could actually cares about fixing the car.And also the Hybrid engine has come to F1 so they removed KERS
14.I think time penalty or even place penalty for next race's starting position
9.Actually the dirty air affects the drivers when the drivers are too close to the driver in front
1.It should be added so that slower teams can be faster than faster teams with harder compounds

Retirements,
I cant see it coming until they have setup the anytime social racing side of it.

Pitstop times,
I would like to think they will be worked on at some point.
pitlane speeds need to be lowered
the length of time a stop takes needs to be adjusted, Fuel only, Tyres only, fuel & tyres, then add on time if there are mistakes

crashes and cars missing corners etc would be good

Oh even tire falling for the drivers that cause the retirement,or even hydraulics that cause retirements, etc.

Some of those suggestions are ok in my mind, others are too complex and too OTT, fuel spilling out and setting the car on fire? Really? That happened a handful of times over 50 years, it'd be pointless to implement. Random punctures (not just down to tyre wear) could work, but even those would have to be rare, they would also have to be fair and make sure everyone gets similar problems throughout the season..which makes it kind of pointless to add

Tire puncture would be realistic but if you want to add that the curves have to be added for race tracks to k.o the tires like in codemaster's F1 game or even real life

collisions while trying to overtake (for low level experience/talent drivers) would be good and dont even have to be race ending collisions broken wing/punchered tyre such as what actually happens rather than cars only retire once manager not fixed cars.
