Can anyone explain why it's happening that a technical director with stats 11/11/11 age:44 is better than my 12/12/13 age:31 person? In case you're wondering my director Jan ter Beek is supposedly 4 and 1/2 stars level 10 meanwhile Callum Button the 11/11/11 is 5 stars level 11. How is it that the person that has better stats and is younger worse compared to the one with smaller stats and older?

Either age makes them wiser or the combined points everyone has gather up with them, makes them better.
