Just logged in to see that a whole load of design points have disappeared from my car - cooling, down force etc.

Cooling has gone down from ~40 to 1... why is this?

You have just started a new season in the league, which resets your designs. This is the same for everyone in every league. You will have better starting designs at the beginning of a season if your chief designer is 4-5 stars for the previous season.
