Season Payouts

I think this would be a good idea to have a prize for coming wherever in the constructors at the end of a season. To help us out of debt or to be able to buy new stuff etc.

Atleast for a team like mine will be a boon :D

I agree, by making every place count it makes the game more competitive.

It would be nice to have a reward system, but at the same time the guys who are already at a level disadvantage would have less money then those ahead of them. Thus losing out even more to guys higher level compared to them. I like the idea, but I'm afraid it would mean I would get left in the dust even more.

some formula can be worked out, so that deserving managers can get benefited.

True that would be something they could do but I could see the initial version of it being the stuff of nightmares to the guys who aren't able to compete with those at the top. This would have to be something they would have to constantly fix and monitor to make sure that the people who deserved it actually got decent rewards. And as of now they can't do something that big as they seem to be mainly really focused on getting the app released and trying to make sure everything we have right now is working and fixed.
