Why does the game have so much lagging problem during the race?

I assume that Jack and his team are aware of this but for a few days now on every race, it keeps freezing. Sometimes for a split second sometimes as long as two seconds. It is incredibly frustrating especially if it is a tight race and you need a burst of KERS to get DRS.
Any chance of an update as to whether this is being worked on please guys?

We're aware of the freezing issue. At the moment we're working on improving capacity so it doesn't happen. A solution should be rolled out in the next few days.

most of today's race was ok, 1or 2 small lags and 1 big one. it was about this big |______O______| :D

We've got an infrastructure update on the way to address it. Not long to go, just a few days. We were testing it today and it's all working, now we're waiting on some certificates before it's all validated for live use.
