This is ridiculous... I have one member of the staff that is going to retire at the end of the contract, so I cannot sell him... now, I got a new (better) staff for that role and... the only thing I can do with the previous "old" staff member is... to sack him for nearly €30mill ?????????

C'mon... FFS, that's ridiculous... ¬¬
