Changing Leagues and Winning Titles

Situation:
I am about to win a championship (Pro league) and there will be 4 races left. mathamatically its impossible for me to be caught.

Question:
If I leave the league and join another, when the original leagues ends will i be promoted to Elite league and will i still get the championships awarded to my driver and stats?

If you leave the league before it ends then you will not win the championship or be promoted. You need to be in the league to claim the title.

Once the season is finished, if you leave afterwards, then you remain in the Elite tier for whatever league you go to.
