So yesterday, without thinking I fully trained one of my Drivers down to 1% health, out only a few hrs till his next race.
I forgot to restore his health before the start of the race and noted that when it was "locked" his health was 42%
The race begins and I see his health in the race viewer is FULL.
Directly after the race my driver, who started the race with 42% now has 86% inline with my other driver who started with 100%.

yes same happened to my driver also, i was very surprised to see full health in the start of the race even though on driver profile it showed 40% health,

I can confirm this with my B-team account here.
Didn't live manage, didn't refresh to see their health during the race, but drained my drivers to 10% before a race, they are at 35% post-race.
