Youth Academy not active

Hi,

Mine Youth academy is not active seems, is there any specific reason for it, did i need to achieve any other feat to make it active

You have to click on 'scout a driver' and then you have the option to sign them for 15 tokens. It will tell you the talent level of the driver when you scout them and thats it. You can sign them, release them, or just let them sit there. I'd suggest scouting until you find a high talent one before you sign one. The higher the academy level the higher the talent level it seems.

nope some other factor is there which kept it lock.
can anyone confirm, it says level 7 required is it the offices and hospitality to be level 7 completed to activate the youth academy?

The Youth Academy is its own independent facility, with its only limit being it maxes out at your current manager level.

Try doing CTRL F5 or CTRL R for a hard refresh and see if it happens again.

If it does, try a different browser or computer/phone/internet connection (wi-fi vs. mobile signal). Post back here if it still happens.

Hi Sandeep, I seem to have the same issue. It says youth academy is available from level 7, but my level cap says 11 at the top of the headquarters page. Is there some other level which that message is referring to?

Hey Jack, that's right, I have another building under construction at the moment. I'm not quite sure anymore, but I don't think a Scouting facility upgrade was available when I still had the choice. Also, unlike all the other tiles, the Scouting facility is not clickable now. Is that the correct behavior? If so I will check again when the current build is finished. Thanks!

Yep! While building another construction, clicking the Youth Academy tile does nothing. But only if you haven't built it already. If you have already built the academy you do get the popup with a disabled Upgrade button.
