Hi Marcelo, I think this is just a misunderstanding. The points are not literally "reset to 1 or 0" but renew, with a new car design which will probably be lower than the previous season. It might start at 10, it might start at 50, depending on the designer, league and so on. But it's not a total reset, it's just a new season with a new design.
Is there perhaps a better way to express this in the translation? Or are you using the English version?
So, the text need to be changed in BOTH languages, english and portuguese, because the meaning was like all points will be ZERO and I can distribute at my wishes (each new season, your design points are reset). There is no clue about the random like you said. and portuguese version HAVE TO BE rewritten
Hi Marcelo. To clear this up there are two sets of design points...
1. During the season your Chief Designer is busy developing your car for the next season. The number of points you get at the start of the season for each attribute is proportional to the STAR rating of your CD (not his/her level). At the beginning of the season six of your attributes will be the same level, one will be higher (your CD strength) and one will be lower (your CD weakness).
The dp that gets reset to zero are any that were generated by your design centre or research during the previous season. This prevents managers from building up a stash of dp in one season and using them the next.
