End of season team champs prize funds

Would add a bit of an incentive to the game potentially, and a good rewards for a hard season. Scaled from 1st to 16th in each team championship (note - team champ final standings only) with a tiered pay structure between the Rookie, Pro, and Elite tiers.

Gotta be worth a look? And if it already happens, i haven't noticed it!

I agree. Who wins the championship deserves a reward, because it rewards all the work throughout the whole season, for the money spent on headquarters etc... and it's also a help for the start of the new season. This has a big sense and I'm surprised that there is no reward!

I disagree. Giving a higher payout to the winning team just widens the gap in the tiers making the top teams even more untouchable (just like real F1, there are 3 top teams and the rest can never quite bridge that gap as they don't have the money to buy the resources to catch up). I think it used to happen and was taken out of the game a long time ago for just that reason.

You're not entirely wrong, but at the end I think that the managers who did a greater job than the others should deserve bonus rewards. You're right for the fact that it should increase the gap, but this game gives ballast to the best teams, and research power doesn't really work to those areas in which you are already ahead, so this keeps the performances of the different cars a bit balanced.
Well, that was an idea. At least, I'd like some money at the end of the championship, in order to be more prepared for the following season. Even the same amount of money to all the teams should be good. But at least, give us some hahaah

I get that there are potential issues, but as Rubens said the balancing should alleviate some of the potential issues. I just think that end of season positions in team champs should have some rewards (whether thats cash or tokens is open to debate). If nothing else it might make things interesting for teams further down the standings who then still have something to compete for towards end of season.

Can it be like, as we have each and every race Objective same way lets have a Season objective who ever achieves will get the Prize money.
Can also keep some categorical Prize moneys as well to motivate the other team as well.
