EVERYTIME... EVERYTIME I try to change the livery of my car nothing changes... Absolutely nothing. I've tried refreshing uninstalling and re installing but bwoah nothing happens. Please help

Hit upload and count to 30 before exiting, The livery will change in the live race before it will change in the game app last time I changed my own it took 24hours before it changed in the game app but it was already in use in the viewer.
