I can't seem to find my teams objectives. Some races it's a win and other it is a top 10 finish so I don't know what i'm aiming for.

Objectives are generated dynamically before each race based on how many teams will be participating and their level relative to you. They are not a constant due to the nature of the game, and the flexible size of grids from race to race, e.g. it could go from 2 cars to 32 and back to 2 again in theory. This is why a constant target of "finish 6th" would be nonsensical in many cases.

That makes sense but since my team in in debt I need to make sure I get the extra cash. Is their no indicator of what the objectives are? I kind of need to know whether to settle for the position I'm or or if to push to meet the objective.

I thought Jack and team added a green line to the live race viewer standings. That line is your objective. Finish above it and you get your bonus.

I just checked screenshots from my last race today -- none show a green line.
An example:

That looks quite like the beta which still is the old viewer. This green line is only in the new version (stable) but I read it's not reliable (yet) anyway.

Your objective is also listed on the home page when the live race begins, above the go to to race button.

Cool. seems simple enough that it would be on the home page but I have never noticed it.

Also i'd seen the green line before but I could never understand what it was. Because it normally keeps moving throughout a race I presumed it was something to do with lap times.
