I'm level 9, i'm not upgrading any other things, still i'm unable to upgrade the technology

Hold Ctrl and press F5 on the headquarters page see if does anything.
Something thinks you still not past level 4, do you play on both Mobile & Web Apps?
Might be a visual error Green writing not showing, did you click on it to see if it opens?

I tried Ctrl+F5, but nothing changed
recently i only playing web version

- Log out, log back in, and try again.
- Use a private browsing mode, like in Firefox, or incognito mode, like in Chrome.
let us know what happens then!

I did logged out, and logged back and used incognito mode but still the same, Well i started upgrading manufacturing, hope after 2 days it sorts out, My level 1 Kers & Drs is painful

I mentioned a few weeks ago that my other account had intermittently shown this issue and then fixed itself. No idea what caused it, but it seems an odd one.

After the recent upgrade finished, now i'm able to upgrade the technology, don't know what was the bug but for me it seems to be solved, thanks all

Sorry for the late reply, I will need to look into the messages because they are confusing.
It's when you have a construction project ongoing, that's all. You may only have one going at a time.
When it starts saying "available at level X" and such though this is obviously silly, I will need to change that.
