Dozens of leagues running the same track, rookie, 32 cars, all teams running default strategy. Is this some kind of testing or some kind of hack or web attack?

It's all the leagues created by the apps, but naturally with apps, engagement is lower than on PC. That's why you see a lot of default strategies.
It's hard to put into context just how quickly we've grown since the apps launched. We've spent most of our time handling the challenges of scaling. To give you a rough idea, the number of people logging in every day has increased by 1500% in one month.
