Race Viewer looks like a pepper mint

After several attempts and restarting my machine, i know it's not me.

I have not made any changes on my end. It worked fine Thursday night. Friday night the race viewer decided to go pepper mint on me.

I did follow the procedure of lowering my settings which works but ... I don't want to do that. I should be able to handle this on Very high. Yet only Medium or below is working.. Again, this was working fine before, but now it's not.
