manager achievements bug

Hi, i race in a league that is now full (three tiers of 16) and my second team (which is a new game team) is showing the 'traffic jam' achievement in the achievement page, but my first team (which is an old game team) isn't showing the 'traffic jam' achievement.

Any idea why?!

I have the same issue in BRL. Not getting this achievement, but the league has been full for so many races this past season.

This still isnt showing....
