Drivers and Staff keeps getting !-symbol

Same for me, it's a CD who had 49 races left of her contract when it started a few days ago. She still has 46 races remaining but every time I log into iGP, sure enough the exclamation mark has reappeared.

Quite irritating, I continue to get a "!" against my CD who has 46 races remaining on her contract but I just noticed my TD only has 2 races left but no exclamation mark.
The market has been absolutely rubbish for months so to lose a member of staff because of a notification bug is going to hurt big time.
