If you need more money or tokens, you've made a mistake in your team management. This is a team management game, it's about managing your finances whilst building a team who will hopefully, ultimately be successful so reset, try again.

17 races @ 3 tokens a race = 51 tokens
- 14 tokens for 13 engines = 37 tokens
- 10 tokens for 10 parts = 27 tokens to use on staff or money
The Game is free to play after all

17 races @ 1 token a race = 17 tokens
- 10 tokens for 10 engines = 7 tokens
- 6 tokens for 5 parts = 1 token to flip in the air to see who driver one is
This is turning into LOL LOL forum

Ultimately there are more than enough coins in the game to manage a team through from Rookie to Elite and, given time, to have more than enough coins to buy engines and cash for each season when your ultra competitive.
As Alexis said, its a balancing act (like real life) and should always be that.

not sure i agree with all those statements. the suggestions that enough tokens are created to cover extra engines etc assumes that you are an established team.
if you are a new team, unless you want to run out of parts for example, you will need to spend coins to decrease build time on your facilitates etc. Or have it take a very long time to have your facilitates catch up with your team ranking.

...there is no "need" to decease build times.
As stated before, it is a balance and tough decisions have to be made.

Yeah, I started a new team after the change to the new game system to test if you could build up a supply of tokens, and I happily moved right up to elite in direct sequence, and could comfortably stay there, running mid grid - which is reasonable for a new team, with my facilities well below my team level, and not changing parts/engine every race to start to build a stock pile for in a year's time when I have a high enough level to compete. There is no point catching everything up to your level at level 8 (or even level 15) if you are in a competitive Elite environment, because you just can't win anyway. Once you get to about Level 12 you level up slower than you build factory in regular time, so then you gradually start to catch yourself up. By the time you're level 14, 15 and can begin thinking about being competitive, you're also slowly starting to catch yourself up. Especially if you don't play in an every day league - that is a key point, the facilities build at the same speed if you play once a day or once a week. It's' a useful strategy note. Again, this is a management game. You either manage carefully, or manage your real money into the hands of the developers...

Just letting the building times run out is the way to go, no need to fast forward them with tokens. I went from rookie to elite using only 3 design points a race, if all goes well with only 3 races left I should be back in pro next season

After tonights race I will have 25 extra design points can I sell them to others in auction to earn tokens or cash?
