Hi,
Just a rookie here asking a dumb question. Just bought a better doctor, but I was expecting for the drivers health to heal faster, but it seems it's still 5% per hour. What does the doctor exactly do then? Was it just a waste of my money to buy a better doctor?

the higher the star rating the lower the health lose. but yes in my opinion waste of money if you have young drivers

Yes, the doctor is the easiest way to save money on wages since you can do well without him. Just a hint: Read all the tooltips on those i's in grey circles. They explain a lot of the basics.
