Relagated Team Car Desgin

There is small miss calculation when dropping from elite down into pro.
Car was built as if it was still in elite with 100% cap instead of building it to be an 80% cap car.




I would of thought 80% car teams the max output for the CD would be 40 not 50

Spent a month trying to make everything as fair as possible so that everyone has a crack at winning the championship, even added weights to slow down higher level players to make them as equal as possible.
And this slips through unnoticed?
All very quick to shout "my car is lower than it should be" but I dont see too many comments when it's higher than it should be!

Fix, fix, fix Promotion and Relegation cars are back to front.
