Guys, I'm having some trouble with my drivers pace. My team isn't the best but also isn't the worst in my league, considering car stats. My drivers are pretty decent too, but they take so much time to improve their lap times, even when pushing. I really can't figure it out what I'm doing wrong :/

1:At the start of the race you will have a lot of fuel in the car so the lap times will be slow but at the end of the stints you will have less fuel so your cars will be lighter so you will have faster lap times.
2:You said that even pushing the lap times take so much to improve because when you are racing you also have to maintain the tire temperature because if the tires are too cold or hot it will like "lose" time to the cars with optimal temperature

and, train both drivers on Physical. if they are not 20 stamina, and 51kg men or 46kg girls, they will lose speed as they get tired.

I try to keep the temperature in the middle of the gauge as much as I can. In the first stint I can notice the performance discrepancy the most. It is quite weird as my drivers aways qualify well but then they lose a second or so per lap, even compared to cars with similar strategy :(

I agree with Dan, it's most likely to be fitness and weight of your drivers. Kallio is stamina 7, weight 58 Kg, Smith is stamina 5 weight 68 Kg. I would focus all training on Physical attributes until they're both 51 Kg and 20 stamina.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if your lighter driver with higher stamina (Kallio) is beating his team mate (Smith) even though Kallio is only talent 13, level 8 against Smith who is talent 18 level 9.

Dan is right! If you want to maintain speed you need stamina. It should be the first thing you work on, a slow healthy driver is faster then fast unfit driver in the middle half of the race.
