Hi Mihnea, thanks for reporting this. I've got a few questions, if you could answer them all this would be really helpful. A couple of people have said this lately and I'd love to find out why it happens.

1) Are you using the latest version of the app?
2) Please check inside Facebook if you have any permissions set for iGP Manager and let me know what they are, you can do this here: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
3) I notice your current account was created using Facebook, so is this the account you're trying to login with?
4) Is the Facebook app installed on your phone and are you logged in within the Facebook app on the same account?
5) What happens when you press sign in with Facebook on the phone?

1) Just I started to play yesterday and after I installed the app it didn't allow me to log in.
2) I know it has the permissions. I checked it it has.
3) Yea, I created this account using Facebook. But, on my phone, I can't log in using Facebook.
4) I am logged on my account, on this where I made this account
5) When I press to sign in, it loads and then it goes me to the same page as it was before to press.

hey guys, yesterday i had a problem with my login using my facebook.
Just to explain better:
* i have two profiles:
1º. a Facebook profile:
2º. a second profile created with another email account.

The issue: On login page, if i try access the game using my second account it's ok, but if i try access the game using my Facebook profile the game redirect me for my 2nd profile page.

So i only can access my 2nd profile and i can't access my 1st profile created with my facebook profile.

*note: i aways used these two profiles without problems even on cellphone or pc.

I'm no dev - but if you don't log in Facebook via your phone's browsers, then IGP won't be able to log in. And if you are logged in on your phones browser as your second profile, you will only be recognized as that -- try changing the logged in browser to profile #1.

Hello Jordan.

The IGP is able to log in with facebook. And i've tried use another browser, and clear cache and history but i'm still have the same problem.

Hey everyone !

As requested by Jack, i'll answer to the 5 questions. I have the same issue than Mihnea Voicu :-(

1. App downloaded 2 days ago, and no update available. So yes !
2. All permissions are allowed. But i have only one : "Send notifications".
3. Account created with my Facebook 'account'. I tryied to login with it, of course.
4. Facebook is installed on my phone, and i'm logged in.
5. When i click on 'Log in with Facebook' button, it loads, and then the same page appear.

Notice that i'm running on Samsung Galaxy S7 edge with Android 6.0.1

Anybody reading this? Good.

If you were previously having an issue logging in via Facebook, please try now. A fix has been made, and we need verification that logging in via Facebook is working correctly.
